These are the terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate Program. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance.

1. Applying for our Certified Partner Program

You are applying for our Certified Partner Program right now. We reserve the right to decline or remove enrollment from our program at our discretion. As soon as your application is accepted, you can start sharing your affiliate link and earning affiliate commissions. At the time of your acceptance into the Certified Partner program you will have 30 days to complete the advanced platform and product training workshop. We reserve the right to remove any Certified Partner we deem unfit for our certified partner program at any time.  

2. Affiliate Program

There is no approval process for our Affiliate program. Sign up via the new affiliate sign-up form, select the marketing materials you want to use to promote the AgencySonar platform and start earning commissions. We reserve the right to remove any affiliate we deem unfit for our affiliate program at any time.  

3. Affiliate & Partner Commissions

Your affiliate dashboard is unique to you. It contains everything you'll need to promote our site and our product, including:

• Your affiliate link,
  
• One-click sharing to social media,
  
• Banner ads,
  
• Videos for websites, ads and social sharing, 
  
• And more sharing resources.
  

You can also access your affiliate dashboard by downloading the Affiliate Dashboard by LeadDyno app to your iPhone or Android smartphone.

As you send traffic to our website via your affiliate link, you will receive credit for each unique visitor, opt-in (email address), and purchase you send our way. Your progress for each category of referral will be reflected in real-time on your affiliate dashboard.

Each link provided by AgencySonar has an Affiliate ID attached. We can't track your sales and traffic without you posting the full URL, so please be sure to use your affiliate link. Our social sharing shortcuts have your affiliate link embedded in their posts.

When a prospect visits our site from your affiliate link, we will be able to register their purchase for up to 90 days from visiting our site (if/when they make one), and credit the sale to you.

As your referrals generate sales, you will earn one-off affiliate commissions for each app sold. Certified Partners will receive a one-off commission on setup fees and a monthly residual payout.

Breakdown of Primary Platform Commission Payouts for Certified Partners:

AgencySonar Platform - After platform training, onboarding, and product specifications training, your agency will be able to resell the AgencySonar Platform to your client base. This platform WILL open up massive consulting agreements, provide more value (leads/analytics/list building) to your existing clients, create a magnetic pull of leads into your own agency, and dramatically increase both project fees while consistently increasing your Monthly Re-Occurring Revenue (MRR) month after month.

Certified Partners Only - We Offer Three Tiers of Pricing for Platform Access:

Freelancer/Successful Freelancer - $497 a month - $100 a month to the agency of record.

Setup Fee $997 (Retail Sale) - $400 to Agency of Record if they do the onboarding and make the sale (AgencySonar provides a detailed checklist for onboarding and training resources)

• 1 AgencySonar Login Access
• 1 Manager Account in Seamless (Additional Sales Reps Licenses are Available for $150 a month)
• 500 Uniques a month 
• 250 Identifications or company lookup records (Clearbit) 
• Enterprise Level Campaign Tracking and Analytics Platform
• Enterprise Level List Building Capabilities (25k - 30k a month per AgencySonar License) 

Small Agency - $797 a month - $150 a month to the agency of record. 

Setup Fee $1497 (Retail Sale) - $700 to Agency of Record if they do the onboarding and make the sale (AgencySonar provides a detailed checklist for onboarding and training resources)

• 2 AgencySonar Login Licenses
• 1 Manager Account in Seamless (Additional Sales Reps Licenses are Available for $150 a month)
• 2000 Uniques a month 
• 1500 Identifications or company lookup records (Clearbit) 
• Enterprise Level Campaign Tracking and Analytics Platform
• Enterprise Level List Building Capabilities (up to 30k a month per AgencySonar License) 

Large Agency - $1497 a month - $300 a month to the agency of record. 

Setup Fee $2497 (Retail Sale)- $1250 to Agency of Record if they do the onboarding and make the sale. (AgencySonar provides a detailed checklist for onboarding and training resources)

• 1 Manager Account in Seamless (Additional Sales Reps Licenses are Available for $150 a month)
• 5000 Uniques a month 
• 3000 Identifications or company lookup records (Clearbit) 
• Enterprise Level Campaign Tracking and Analytics Platform
• Enterprise Level List Building Capabilities (up to 30k a month per AgencySonar License) 

Payout Dates

Commission payouts are issued once a month 40 days after the sale for retail setup fees processed. MRR payouts are also issued once a month 40 days after the sales for retail monthly fees that remain active on the platform.  This is to make sure that the customer doesn't return the product during our money-back period. We pay you via PayPal. 

• Retail Setup Fee Payouts - Your Agency Will Receive Setup Fee Commissions to be Paid Out the 2nd Tuesday Of Every Month.
  
• Retail Monthly Residual Revenue Payouts (MRR) - Your Agency will receive Residual Commissions(MRR) to be Paid Out On The 4th Tuesday Of Every Month.

4. Restrictions

Multi-Level Marketing - Currently we allow partners and affiliates to promote the AgencySonar platform, but we are not set up for multi-level marketing structures. 

No partner can represent the AgencySonar brand as a legal business partner or anything other than a reseller partner. 

5. Disclosures

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has endorsement rules in place for affiliate marketing. In short, they want you to disclose that you have a business relationship with us when you promote and post your link. You can read the full FTC rules about affiliate marketing here.

When posting or sharing your link, you should make it known to your readers and followers that you will receive compensation if they buy a product via your link. This declaration should be clear and conspicuous (and reiterated as needed). Again, you can read the FTC rules (and their quick FAQ) here.

We request all affiliates and partners disclose their relationship with AgencySonar when promoting any platform, product or service provided by AgencySonar. 

6. Terminations

We can end this relationship at any time, and so can you. This affiliate agreement has been designed to ensure the highest quality relationship between us. Hopefully, we have demonstrated our obligations to you to become a highly prosperous Affiliate/Partner. If at any time an affiliate or partner misrepresents or negatively represents the AgencySonar brand and its supporting products, team members, and affiliates AgencySonar can terminate the affiliate and partner relationship, if this happens all commissions are forfeited going forward. Affiliates and Partners will receive one additional month of commissions before all commissions end. 

7. Jurisdiction

All legal claims must be made in Hall County Courthouse located at 225 Green St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501.
